T. Brooks, Inc. was founded in 2000 by Thomas B. Brooks. T. Brooks, Inc. specializes in commercial and industrial general contracting. Over the past ten years the firm has worked closely with local and national companies to help them in the process of designing, estimating, value engineering, and constructing warehouse, office buildings, medical facilities, restaurants, manufacturing facilities, land development projects, and shopping centers.

Thomas Brooks has been in the development and contracting business since 1985. During that time he as constructed over 3 million square feet of commercial buildings. Tom is joined by his primary associate in the management of the firm, Vince Valenti. Vince is a 25 year veteran of the construction industry. Combined our management team brings together over 50 years of contracting leadership.

We consider our organization a small boutique contracting firm, our annual revenue from construction activities ranges from eight to fifteen million a year. T. Brooks does not strive to be the biggest contractor, but rather to provide their clientele with the best possible management resulting in the best possible finished product. Services include general contracting, construction management, and owner representation.
